Yes, there is a box office open night of an event once doors open. We do not sell advance tickets for shows.

We don’t allow illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, spray paint, laser pointers, weapons of any kind, vapor pens and smokeless cigarettes. Any item that could cause injury (ie. umbrellas, large backpacks) need to be checked at the discretion of security.

We have trained first aid, at our shows.

This is just for ticket auditing purposes. General Admission means standing room only. Only seated events will be numbered.

If the event is listed as 19+, then you must be of age to attend.

Security reasons preclude The Bronson Centre Music Theatre from allowing in/out privileges to individuals who choose to leave the building. Exceptions can be made in special circumstances by a security supervisor at the event.

No, we do not allow any outside food or drinks.

Yes, you can check coats, bags, merch etc.  Cost is $3 per item.

Photo/video policy is determined by the artist. Typically, non-professional cameras (point and shoot) are permitted. However, it is the artist’s call.

There is an ATM outside of the front entrance of the theatre, by the foyer of The Bronson Centre.

No, it is illegal to smoke anything inside the venue. Smoking is prohibited up to 9 meters of the building front entrance.
